(Course Description)
Bu ders temel kalite mühendisliği yöntemlerini içerecektir. Dersin ana vurgusu istatistiksel araçlar üzerine olacaktır.
This course covers the fundamental methods of quality engineering. The major emphasis is on the statistical tools of quality engineering systems.
Dersin Amacı
(Course Objectives)
Bu ders, öğrencileri ürün ve hizmet kalitesini artırmak için gerekli istatistiksel yöntemler ve problem çözme teknikleriyle donatmayı amaçlamaktadır.
This course aims to equip students with the necessary statistical methods and problem-solving techniques to improve product and service quality.
Dersin Öğrenme Çıktıları
(Course Learning Outcomes)

Dersin sonunda, öğrenciler şunları yapabilecektir:

  1. Ürün ve hizmet kalitesini sürekli iyileştirmek için temel kalite kavramlarını anlamak
  2. Üretim ve hizmet süreçlerini izlemek ve iyileştirmek için istatistiksel süreç analizini, özellikle Shewhart Kontrol Tablolarını ve diğer araçları kullanabilmek
  3. Süreç yeterlilik analizleri ve ölçüm sistemi yeterlilik çalışmaları yapabilmek
  4. Çevrimdışı kalite kontrol çalışmaları yürütmek, yani mühendislik deneylerinin nasıl tasarlanacağını ve
  5. analiz edileceğini anlamak

By completion of the course, the students will be able to:

  1. Understand the key notions of quality and the voice of the customer to improve product and service quality continuously
  2. Use the statistical process control methodology, specifically Shewhart Control Charts and the other tools for monitoring and improving the production and service processes
  3. Carry out process capability analysis and measurement system capability studies
  4. Conduct offline quality control studies, namely understand how to design and
  5. analyze engineering experiments
