1. To introduce the main products and actors of the architectural environment in the period between the Antiquity and the 17th century.
2. To encourage historical, critical and comparative thinking about the architecture of the period in question.

1. To recognize the main products of architecture between the Antiquity and the 17th century and to place them in their historical context
2. Understand the role of social, political, economic and cultural factors in architectural production
