Dersin Tanımı
(Course Description)
Sistem tanımı, sistemler hiyerarşisi, sistem yaklaşımının ilkeleri, temel sistem kavramları, kara kutu olarak sistem. Sistem analizi, sistem tasarımı, sistem hazırlama, sistem uygulama. Esnek sistemler yöntembilimi ve adımları. Sistem düşüncesi, geri besleme çevrimleri, davranış tipleri.
System definition, hierarchy of systems, principles of systems approach, systems concepts, system as black boxes. Systems analysis, systems design, implementation, operation. Soft systems methodology and its stages. Systems thinking, feedback loops, behaviors of systems.
Dersin Amacı
(Course Objectives)
  1. Sistem ve sistem kavramlarının anlaşılması,
  2. Bir organizasyonu sistem olarak görme becerisi kazandırma,
  3. Problemlerin belirlenmesi, sistemin analiz edilmesi, yeni sistem tasarımının yapılması, yeni sistemin uygulanmaya hazırlanması ve uygulanması aşamalarının öğrenilmesi.

  2. Earning the ability to perceive an organization as a system
  3. Defining the problems, analyzing the system, designing the new system, setting up the preparation phase of the new system and learning the application phase of the system
Dersin Öğrenme Çıktıları
(Course Learning Outcomes)

Bu dersi başarıyla tamamlayan öğrenciler;

  1. Organizasyonlara sistem kavramlarını kullanarak sistem yaklaşımı ile bakma,
  2. Problemleri belirleme ve sistemi analiz etme,
  3. Problemleri ortadan kaldıracak ya da hafifletecek çözüm önerileri geliştirme,
  4. Model kurma, yeni sistem tasarlama,
  5. Tasarlanan sistemlerin hazırlanması ve uygulanması, becerilerini kazanır.

Students who pass the course will be able to:

  1. analyze organizations with a systems approach using system concepts
  2. define the problems and analyzing the system
  3. develop solution proposals in order to remove or mitigate the problems
  4. build models and design the new system
  5. carry out implementation and operation of the designed system
