(Course Description)
İş planlama ve stratejik planlama, Firma kimliğinin ve hedefinin oluşturulması, Fırsatların ve problemlerin analizi, Firma tipleri ve firma sahibi olmak için yasal süreç, İç mimarlık hizmeti veren firmalarda örgütsel yapının kurulması ve İş yapma biçiminin seçilmesi, Pazarlama sisteminin kurulması, Finansal stratejilerin oluşturulması, İK yönetimi, Örgütsel gelişim: Liderlik, firma değerleri ve başarının ölçülmesi.

Bu dersin amacı;

  1. Öğrencilerin mezun olduktan sonra başarılı iş kurabilmesi,
  2. Bu işi başarılı bir şekilde gel si ve sürdürebilmesi için gerekli bilgi ve becerileri vermektir
