Bu dersin amacı;

1. 20. yy ait ekol ve isimleri iç mekân anlayışları bağlamında incelemek;
2. 20. yy ait mekân örnekleri kuramsal bağlamında incelemek;
3. Tümel sanat (gesamkunstwerk) ile ilişkili ekol ve isimler hakkıda bilgilendirmek,
4. Eleştirel düşünme ve ifade becerisi kazandırmak.

Course aims;

1. To examine the ecoles and the names from the 20th century in their own contex,
2. To examine the space samples form the 20th century in a conceptual context,
3. To instruct the ecoles and names related to the ʺgesamkunstwerkʺ,
4. To furnish the students with the ability of critical thinking and expression.

Bu dersi başarıyla tamamlayan öğrenciler;

1. 20. yy sanat, mimarlık, iç mimarlık, tasarım içeriği hakkında bilgi,
2. Modernizmin iç mekan anlayışına getirdiği işlevsel ve mekansal değişiklikler,
3. Modernizm, modernite, çağdaşlık vb. kavramları mekân üzerinden okuma,
4. Avangard, farklılık, özgünlük kavramlarını mekân üzerinden okuma,
5. İlgili konularda araştırma yapma,
6. Eleştirel okuma, düşünme ve ifade, becerilerini kazanır.

Students completing this course gain the skills of;

1. the meaning and content of 20th century art, architecture, interior architecture and design
2. functional and the spatial differences that modernism bring to the interiors
3. reading the concepts ʺmodernism, modernity, contemporaneityʺ from the ʺspaceʺ
4. reading the concepts ʺavantgarde, difference, originalityʺ from the ʺspaceʺ
5. making research on related topics
6. critical reading, thinking and expressing
