Bu dersin amacı;

1. Art-yapısalcı paradigmalar bağlamında sosyal değişim, cinsiyet ve mekân etkileşimine ilişkin interdisipliner içerikli temel bilgi birikimini oluşturmak,
2. Mekân ve kimlik ilişkilerini okuyabilmeyi ve deşifre edebilmeyi geliştirmek,
3. İç mekânda, sosyal değişim, cinsiyet ve mekân etkileşimine ilişkin farklı katmanların oluşturduğu mekânsal örüntüleri var eden alt sistemleri vb unsurları algılamak ve tartışmak,
4. Gündelik hayatın inşasında, sosyal değişim, cinsiyet ve mekân ilişkilerini sorgulamak ve tartışmak.

Course aims;

1. To convey a brief interdisciplinary knowledge on social transforma on, gender and space through post-structuralist paradigms,
2. To develop critical reading and decoding mechanisms for space and identity relations,
3. To comprehend, to map and to discuss the sub-systems of multi-layered spatialities in interiors related with social transformation, gender and space interaction
4. To re-question and to discuss the relations of social transformation, gender, and space in the process of construction of daily life

Bu dersi başarı ile tamamlayan öğrenciler aşağıdaki bilgi, beceri ve yetkinlikleri kazanırlar.

1. Art-yapısalcı cinsiyet ve mekân paradigmaları hakkında bilgilenme,
2. Mekân ve kimlik ilişkilerinin kavranması beceri ve yetkinliği,
3. Farklı normatif katmanlar üzerinden biçimlenen mekânsal örüntülere ilişkin alt sistemlerin vb irdelenmesi ve tartışılması beceri ve yetkinliği,
4. Mekân ve cinsiyete ilişkin güncel tartışmaların takip edilmesi ve üretilmesi beceri ve yetkinliği.

2. Improving skills and abilities on understanding space and identity relations,
3. Improving skills and knowledge on examining and discussing the sub-systems related with diverse normative layers of spatial configurations,
4. Improving skills and abilities on pursuing and production of contemporary gender and space discussions.
