Dersin Tanımı
(Course Description)
İç mekan aydınlatmasında renk, ışık, malzeme, hacim ve mekan etkileşimi ve algısı; aydınlatmada kültürel ve estetik değerler, trendler; geçmişten günümüze teknolojik gelişmeler ve aydınlatma tasarımına etkileri; ışık kaynakları, aydınlatma aygıtları ve projelendirmede temel prensipler, aydınlatma projelerinden örnekler; mekan bazlı armatür tasarımında temel yaklaşımlar, mekan ve/veya armatür ölçeğinde aydınlatma tasarımı ve tatbikatı ile ilgili proje çalışması gerçekleştirilmesi.
The perception of interaction light and colour, material, volume and space and issues relating to the perception and comprehension of the large-scale environment; aesthetics, techniques, lighting sources, , and culture from past to the future; design basics for lighting project and lighting fittings. Developing a lighting design solution and try to realize it through a project work.
Dersin Amacı
(Course Objectives)

Bu dersin amacı;

  1. İç mekan aydınlatmasında temel prensipleri öğretmek ve aydınlatma tasarımı için gerekli olan temel yetileri kazandırmak
  2. İç mekan tasarımında aydınlatmayı mekanın bir parçası olarak düşündürtmek
  3. Aydınlatmada ışık kaynakları, efekt, algı, malzeme, teknik ve kullanıcı etkileşimini irdelemek ve bunun önemini kavratmak
  4. Aydınlatma aygıtlarını ve projelendirmede temel prensipleri öğretmek

Course aims;

  1. To develop the basic skills needed in the design of interior lighting
  2. To start thinking for the lighting design as a fundamental part of the interior design and space.
  3. To create an awareness for importance and power of lighting through its principles, relations with perception, spaces, materials, users, techniques and effects.
  4. To teach design basics for lig project and lighting fittings.

Bu dersi başarı ile tamamlayan öğrenciler aşağıdaki bilgi, beceri ve yetkinlikleri kazanırlar.

  1. İç mimari projelerine aydınlatma bilgisini adapte edebilme becerisi,
  2. İç mekan aydınlatmasında ışık ve mekan ilişkisini kurgularken, form, malzeme ve yüzey etkilerini kullanabilme bilgi ve becerisi
  3. Işık kaynağı ve çevresiyle ilişkisinde eleştirel düşünme becerisi
  4. Aydınlatma projelerinde ve uygulamalarında özgün tasarım, teknik ve uygulama bilgi ve becerisi
  5. İç mekanda farklı aydınlatma aygıtlarıyla farklı atmosferler yaratma bilgi ve becerisi
  6. Belli bir mekan için aydınlatma aygıtı tasarlama ve üretme bilgi, beceri ve yetkinliği

Students who successfully pass this course gain the following knowledge, skills, and competencies.

  1. They can adapt their lighting knowledge to their interior design projects.
  2. Students expand their knowledge of light, and space relationships through research and design investigations of material, form and surface interactions with light.
  3. They can develop a critical thinking for their environment and its relation with the light.
  4. They can use their technical, creative and practical thinking for the lighting projects and applications.
  5. They can use their lighting knowledge to solve, effect and change the interior space and Project
  6. They can design and produce a lighting fitting for their exact locations and spaces
