| Dersin İçeriği (Course Description) |
Sigorta kavramlarına giriş. Sigorta sözleşmesi, unsurları, tarafları, tarafların borç ve yükümlülükleri, denizcilik risklerine karşı sigortalar, tekne ve makine teçhizat sigortası, ek sigortalar, kulüp sigortaları, muafiyetler, yük sigortaları, FDND ve diğer sigortaların irdelenmesi. Gemilerin teknik işletmecilik kuralları ve sigorta kuralları arasındaki ilişkilerin irdelenmesi. Nesnel kanıt kapsamındaki evrakların gemilerde tutulması. | |||||
| Introduction to insurance terminology. Insurance contracts, parties, burdens responsibilities of the parties, coverage, maritime risks covered by insurances, H&M (hull and machinery insurance), P&I Clubs (Protection and Indemnity Clubs), deductibles, cargo insurance, FDND and other insurances. Identification of inter-relations between insurance rules and international technical ship management rules. Record keeping and documentation management for objective evidences. | ||||||
