Deniz trafiğinin genel kavramları. Deniz trafiğinin incelenmesi için temel bilgiler. Deniz trafiği ve çatışmadan kaçınma manevrası. Deniz trafik durumlarının değerlendirilmesi süreci. Deniz trafiğinin modellenmesi ve seyir edilebilir hatların planlanması için temel çalışmalar. Gemi trafik yönetim servisleri hakkında genel bilgiler. | |||||
| General concepts of maritime traffic. Basic information for examination of maritime traffic. Maritime traffic and maneuvering of collision avoidance. Assessment process of maritime traffic condition. Basic studies for modeling of maritime traffic and planning of navigationable maritime traffic lines.
