Gemi ürün ve üretim kademelerinin tanımlanması, ara ürün kavramının tanıtılması, üretilebilirlik, iş paketi tanımı, ürün bazlı iş ayrıştırma yapısı,grup teknolojisi,alan, kademe ve bölge bazlı üretim metodlarının tanıtılması, çelik-tekne blok konstrüksiyon metodolojisi, bütünleştirilmiş çelik-tekne, donatım ve boyama metodu, kullanılan üretim metodunun tersane yerleşimi üzerine etkisi(Alüminyum, FRP). Farklı malzemelerin gemi üretiminde kullanılmaları. Kaynak Metodları. Kaynak sertifikaları, tahribatsız muayene yöntemleri. | |||||
| Definition of ship production, interim product, work package content, product-oriented work breakdown structure (PWBS), group technology (GT), area stage and zone based production methods, hull block construction methodology (HBCM), integrated hull construction outfitting and painting method (IHOP), Effects of different production methods on the shipyard layout, material-handling systems, resource usage etc. Usage of other materials in ship production (Aluminium, FRP).
