Gemi işletmeciliğinin temel ve teknik kavramları ve deniz piyasları, çarter çeşitleri ve mukaveleleri, acenteler ve tipleri. Bakım – tutum kayıtları ve yazışmaları, havuzlama. Denetimlere hazırlık. Gemi işletme maliyetleri. Sefer planı. Kural ve düzenlemelerin takibi, gemilerin bunlara uygun hale getirilmesi. Gemi belgeleri ve denetlemelerinin takibi. Teknik İşletmecilik Kapsamında Personel, Eğitim, Emniyet, Güvenlik ve İkmal yönetimi. Malzeme takibi, kayıtların tutulması ve ihtiyaçların ve ikmalin planlanması. | |||||
| Basics of technical and commercial ship management concept, shipping market, charter party, types of charter and agreement, agency and type of agents. Repair and maintenance. Dry docking. Compliance audits. Ship operating costs. Voyage planning. Rules, regulations and preparation of ship. Ship documents and follow up.
